Stringing Machines :
Stringway Stringing machines and clamps come with a ten year manufacturer's warranty against any defects of fabrication.
Under no circumstances is a Stringway stringing machine to be returned to the manufacturer without a prior written agreement from Stringway NL. In the case where an agreement for the return of the machine is accepted, the conditions of return and the destination address for the shipment of the machine will be specified in writing. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Stringway stringing machines :
For all orders of a Stringway stringing machine for delivery outside of the EEC (Europe) the invoices are without the VAT (taxe free) but the order will only be confirmed after acceptation of the order by Stringway NL. The above mentioned costs of shipping are not applicable will be adjusted according to the real cost of shipping for each order. Any additional shipping costs will be advised to the client by e-mail and are to be accepted by the client, prior to the confirmation of the order by Stringway. The client can refuse to accept the additional shipping costs, in this case the order will be cancelled and refunded without charges.
Orders for Stringway stringing machines and accessories are usually shipped within 10 days, you will be notified by our customer service as to when your order will be shipped. Stringway machines are shipped directly by the manufacturer through his choice of the most appropriate international parcel services company which will depend on the country of destination.

France and European Union (EEC) :
- Colissimo Suivi sent from France, through the Stringway-Shop, all parcels are fully trackable, the delivery is against signature. Your Colissimo order will be hand delivered to your address. If you are not present when the courier calls a note will be left and you will have 15 days to collect your parcel from your local post office. From time to time the courier cannot leave a note in your post box therefore we advise you to contact your post office to see if your parcel has arrived. Delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days (Monday to Friday) if the item is in stock.
Orders for strings and accessories received before 15.00h GMT are usually shipped within 24 hours.
Countries outside of the European Union :
- Colissimo International sent from France, fully trackable, delivery against signature. Delivery time is usually less than 15 days. The products ordered and the delivery costs do not include tax. You may be asked to pay custom duties and/or sales taxes when your order is delivered (these costs are variable and depend on the country of destination).
No orders from countries outside of the EEC wil be confirmed before verification of the costs of shipping and acceptation by the client to pay for any additional costs. It is preferable to make a demand for information of costs and conditions by e-mail, before placing an order.
